I'm Kelsey, and my path to wedding planning started with hospitality and a passion for making people feel genuinely cared for. Long before I planned a wedding, I was learning how to create thoughtful experiences, anticipate needs, and make people feel at ease. Then, in 2023, I planned my own wedding, and everything came full circle. I experienced firsthand just how meaningful it is to have someone in your corner through it all.

Today, I bring that same heart, care, and attention to detail to every couple I work with. Alongside a small, dedicated team and a trusted network of vendors throughout Eastern PA, I’m here to make the planning process feel a little lighter, a little more personal, and a whole lot less overwhelming. Relive the moments you didn't get to see. Throughout your wedding day, we'll capture candid photos and videos on our phone, the final touches, quiet in-between moments, and little details that often go unnoticed. Within 24–48 hours, you'll receive raw, unedited content, perfect for sharing or reliving the day while you wait for your professional photos and video.

A Process Built on Communication

What It Actually Feels Like to Work Together

After we connect on a consultation call and you're ready to book, I'll send over a planning questionnaire to get to know your vision, priorities, and must-haves. From there, we'll move through scheduled planning meetings, building your timeline, coordinating with vendors, and checking off details together, all the way up to a final walkthrough before your wedding day. When the day arrives, I'm on-site making sure everything runs the way we planned, so all you have to do is enjoy it.
