When we decided to host our wedding on my family’s property, we truly had no idea where to begin, and that’s where Kelsey came in. My parents were brand new to the Lehigh Valley and I live across the country, but Kelsey helped us hit the ground running even with just 10 months to plan.
She connected us with an incredible selection of vendors in the Lehigh Valley/Philadelphia area and always offered honest opinions and thoughtful recommendations, while encouraging me to choose what felt right for us. She planned down-to-the-minute of our wedding day and coordinated with both the photographer and DJ to make sure everyone’s timelines matched perfectly. " We very much thought we could handle all of the planning, vendor coordination and last minute details of our event ourselves, but less than two months out from our event, we decided to hire a coordinator to be sure we could enjoy our special day and it was certainly WELL worth it! Kelsey was organized, calm, caring and always offered to help through the last couple of months of organizing all of the details of our event. We had a vendor hiccup about a week or so before the wedding which she assisted with solving very promptly as well. She created a timeline for the day of our event and helped to manage vendors throughout the day so we didn't have to worry. She set up all of our decor and signage and did a great job. I'm a very type A person and was a little worried about handing the details off to someone else but I can say Kelsey did a great job and we were very happy we hired her! "

"I have nothing but outstanding things to say about Kelsey. I initially reached out to her to assist with day of coordination for our off-premise wedding. We had a beautiful outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour, and a newly built barn space to fill with essentially every rental you can think of. It was overwhelming and I quickly realized that I was not a venue layout designer to ensure that our 150 guests could have a pleasurable experience celebrating our wedding with all the circumstances that a hot, summer day in July could bring. Kelsey was very attentive throughout the entire wedding planning process and checked in with me several months out before the wedding. I was so grateful that she did at the time, and I opted for partial planning with her- which was the best investment I did for the wedding. The wedding panning process with Kelsey was so effortless as we both worked together to pull off an stress-free and extraordinary experience that left our guests blown away. She took on tedious tasks that involved endless email chains sourcing out all the rentals and worked through the kinks that ultimately occurred with the logistics of the rental items. She provided me with unique vendor recommendations that catered to my own style, and they truly did not did not disappoint. She kept me organized and gave clarity when I needed it. Kelsey provided me with comfort to not feel alone in the process and somehow responded quickly to any urgent issues I ran into. The day of the wedding was everything I had hoped for and any issues that had arisen went completely unnoticed by me. And trust me, she had A LOT of different vendors and staff to coordinate that day. She executed my vision perfectly down to the décor plan I had in mind and made sure to include any small touches that mattered to me. Her and her assistants were very attentive to our wedding party and guests throughout the long, hot day and I couldn’t imagine it going any other way. Most importantly, Kelsey took the time to get to know me as we spent the last year planning together and I’m grateful to have met her. I can now call her my friend and lifelong yoga partner!"
